⚠️ Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nova77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the nova77 platform.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "Platform" refers to the nova77 website accessible at https://nova77.cam, including all its pages, features, games, and associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
- "Player" / "Member" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
- "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account created by the Player upon successful registration.
- "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional, welcome, reload, or cashback credits granted to a Player's Account by the Company subject to wagering requirements.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before the Company processes withdrawals or responds to account disputes.
- "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for all platform operations, banking hours, and customer support availability.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly illegal under applicable local law.
- "Game Providers" means third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studios whose content is made available through the Platform.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the nova77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account.
- You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of a current employee or director of nova77 or any of its Game Provider partners.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by nova77 or any affiliated responsible gambling program.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Age Verification: nova77 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify a Player's age. Any winnings generated by a Player found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited in their entirety and the account permanently closed.
3 Account Registration
To access betting and gaming features on nova77, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your account:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and all associated balances being forfeited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nova77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, nova77 requires the submission of KYC documentation, which may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is also triggered for accounts with high transaction volumes or those flagged for security review.
- Account Currency: All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed in Rupiah.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits to your nova77 account may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation of receipt by nova77's banking systems. nova77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your own bank may apply standard transfer fees that are outside our control.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to liquidity checks for amounts above Rp 500.000.000.
- All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC profile. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for standard bank transfers. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the next available banking window.
- Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the nova77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- nova77 charges zero withdrawal fees on standard bank transfer payouts. E-wallet withdrawals may be subject to third-party provider fees.
- The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
⚠️ Responsible Withdrawal Policy: nova77 may withhold, delay, or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems irregular.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
nova77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific promotional terms communicated at the time each offer is presented:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly for each promotion.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game category will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is Rp 200.000. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will result in the cancellation of the earlier bonus.
- Abuse and Fraud: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all forms of betting and gaming activity on the nova77 Platform, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other leagues), live casino games, slot gacor titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams, and crash and instant games:
- Bet Placement: All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the rules of the relevant game or sport.
- Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, etc.) within 24 hours of the event's conclusion. Discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the applicable Game Provider or sports governing body ruleset.
- Void Bets: nova77 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, data feed error, or where the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a technical malfunction. Voided bets are returned at stake value.
- Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to pay out. If any selection within a mix parlay is voided, that selection is removed from the combination and the parlay continues with the remaining legs.
- Disconnection Policy: nova77 is not liable for bets lost due to the Player's internet disconnection, device failure, or local network issues once a bet has been confirmed and received by our servers.
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
7 Responsible Gaming
nova77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all player interactions. The following provisions form part of our binding obligations to Players:
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Players may request a time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the account is suspended from all deposits and gameplay activity.
- Players may request permanent self-exclusion via live chat or email. Upon activation, the account is permanently closed, all marketing communications are stopped, and the Player is prevented from creating a new account.
- nova77 operates a 21+ policy without exceptions. Any account found to belong
to a Player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nova77 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Creating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including falsifying identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit system inefficiencies, or coordinated abuse of promotions across multiple accounts.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, miscalculated odds, software bugs, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
- Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location if done for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing nova77 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the nova77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game layouts, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nova77 or its licensed Game Provider partners and is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational betting purposes. This license does not permit:
- Reproduction, redistribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from nova77.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any software component of the Platform.
- Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.
- Scraping, data-mining, or systematically downloading Platform content using automated tools.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nova77 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, in relation to the Platform and its services.
nova77 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, even if nova77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications outages), or any other cause outside nova77's reasonable control.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
- Losses arising from a Player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security, failure to log out from shared devices, or use of the Platform under the influence of intoxicating substances.
In any event, nova77's aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Account Termination
11.1 Termination by nova77: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or financial crime.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following written notice to the registered email address.
11.2 Termination by the Player: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nova77 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon account closure for any reason, all bonus funds, free bets, and unredeemed promotional credits are immediately forfeited. These non-cash credits have no monetary value upon account closure.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which nova77 holds its international gaming license. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through nova77's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.
For Players resident in Indonesia, this agreement is entered into on the understanding that you are accessing nova77 as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes. nova77 makes no representation that its services are lawful under Indonesian domestic law, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their specific locality before registering and depositing funds.

13 Amendments
nova77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 11.2.
Material changes — including changes that significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policies — will be communicated via a notification displayed upon your next login to the Platform.
